Description
Started in 1980 in Canada, Music for Young Children faced skepticism from all except those courageous to try the program. In May of 1980 there were 40 students.
In February 2009, there were more than 24,000 Music for Young Children students, of whom 12,700 (including three and four year olds) took part in MYC International Composition Festival now in its 22nd year and the largest in the world of its kind.
