AL Consulting Engineers (ALCE) is a building services engineering consultancy company founded by Albert Lim in 2004. Prior to that, Mr Lim has been in consultancy practice for more than 20 years, the last 9 years being a Director of PCR Consulting Pte Ltd. ALCE provides full mechanical and electrical engineering design, supervision and project management for a wide variety of projects including offices, commercial, industrial and residential developments, hotels, institutional buildings and the refurbishing and retrofitting of existing buildings. Since its establishment in 2004, ALCE has consistently provided quality, sustainable and timely service to Clients such as Keppel Land, CapitaLand, Frasers Centrepoint, Food Junction, etc. In recent years, ALCE began focusing on energy efficient and sustainable design for all projects under its commission.
