Midview City PSF price
When Midview City 1st launch back in year 2007/2008, the psf was about $200. It was about the same period as the bankruptcy of Lehman brothers. Many took a step back due to the financial crisis. Another reason many avoid Midview City is due to the short leasehold: 60 years.
When Midview City TOP in 2010, the price is almost double, average PSF at about $350-$380. Many choose to cash in and sold off their units.
In June 2012, Singapore government announces that the leasehold for new commercial property is capped at 30 years. This creates a strong demand for older commercial property with longer leasehold like Midview City. Prices for Midview City have soar since then.

As of August 2013, the average PSF for Midview City is about $580-$620.
